1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 999pk platform, accessible at 999pk.onl and any associated mobile web pages. The Terms govern your access to and use of all games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, bonus programmes and any other services offered through 999pk.

By clicking "Register", accessing any game, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. 2 Eligibility

To use 999pk, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 999pk does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• Residency: The platform is intended for use by players located in Pakistan. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
• Capacity: You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a professional or corporate entity.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have applied a self-exclusion on your account or any previous 999pk account.
• Mental Capacity: You must be registering voluntarily and with full understanding of what you are agreeing to. 999pk does not accept accounts opened under duress or as a result of third-party pressure.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 999pk. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid contact number and a payment method registered in your own name. Using false details to register, or registering on behalf of another person, is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 999pk support staff will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.

999pk reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or other documentation to confirm your identity and payment details. Accounts that do not complete verification when requested may have withdrawals held until the process is finalised.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 999pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards where supported. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed at the time of deposit in your account dashboard. These limits exist for operational and security reasons and are applied consistently across all users at the same account tier.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 999pk does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your 999pk balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance and wagered. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error before any wagering takes place.

999pk reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits that appear to be associated with fraudulent activity, payment disputes or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant payment processor will be notified.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 999pk account are processed to your registered payment method in PKR. To be eligible to withdraw, your account must be fully verified and in good standing. Accounts with pending KYC checks, active bonus wagering requirements or security holds are not eligible for withdrawal until those conditions are resolved.

• Processing time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a confirmed request. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster for verified accounts on standard amounts.
• Withdrawal method: Funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not a restriction on access to your funds.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account at the time of request.
• Documentation: 999pk may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard verification step and does not indicate any issue with your account.
• Bonus funds: Bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

999pk offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the point the offer is presented. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms attached to that specific offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 999pk promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The exact multiplier is shown on each offer.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the individual bonus terms for specifics.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated promotional window will expire automatically. Unclaimed bonus credits will be removed from the account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to claim promotions.
• Abuse: Using multiple accounts, colluding with other players or exploiting technical errors to gain unfair bonus advantage is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and bonus forfeiture.

999pk reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active offer at the time of cancellation will have their existing wagering progress honoured up to the point of cancellation.

7 Gameplay Rules

999pk offers a wide range of games including slots, fish games, live casino tables and specialty titles sourced from certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All games available on 999pk use certified random number generators (RNG) provided by the game developers. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by the game studios and represent theoretical long-term averages — they are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Once a round begins, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the game server's recorded state at the time of the fault. 999pk is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Winnings from games are credited to your main balance automatically upon round completion.
• 999pk reserves the right to void any round or bet if a game malfunction, error in displayed odds or software defect is confirmed. In such cases, the original stake is returned to your balance.
• Attempting to exploit game errors, glitches or vulnerabilities is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

8 Sports Betting

The 999pk sports section covers cricket, football, esports and other markets. Cricket coverage includes Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 internationals, Test series, bilateral series and major global tournaments. In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only accepted once you receive a confirmation message. Bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity or odds changes are not placed.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. If the odds on your selection change before confirmation, you will be shown the updated price and given the option to accept or decline.
• Match postponements: If a match is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of its original scheduled start, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live bets are subject to a short delay for verification. Once confirmed, in-play bets are final regardless of subsequent events in the match.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Per-bet minimums and maximums apply and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. These may differ by market and event.
• Voided bets: 999pk reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors occur, where event results are under official dispute, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

9 Security & Fraud Prevention

999pk takes the security of player accounts and funds seriously. We use industry-standard encryption across the platform and apply monitoring to detect unusual account or payment activity.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow another person to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• You must not use any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a way that gives unfair advantage.
• You must not engage in any form of collusion with other players, whether on the sports book or at live casino tables.
• You must not attempt to launder money or use 999pk for any financial activity unrelated to genuine gaming play.

If 999pk's security systems identify suspicious behaviour on an account, the account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is carried out. During this period, withdrawals will be paused. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and any balance above the confirmed deposited amount may be forfeited.

10 Responsible Gaming

999pk provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered users and can be activated from the account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account to take a break from gaming.

12 Limitation of Liability

• 999pk is not liable for losses resulting from player error, including incorrect bet placement or deposit amounts.
• 999pk is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, browser incompatibility or device-related problems on the player's side.
• 999pk is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• In the event of a platform error that results in an incorrect payout, 999pk reserves the right to recover the erroneously paid amount from the affected account balance.

Nothing in these Terms limits 999pk's liability for matters where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on 999pk's part.

13 Changes to These Terms

999pk may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via their registered email address or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised version of these Terms, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.

Minor corrections, formatting changes and clarifications that do not alter the substance of these Terms may be made without formal notice.
